On July 2, we reported that the 527 group running ads for gubernatorial candidate Rick Scott, Let’s Get to Work, had received a $2 million contribution from the F. Annette Scott Revocable Trust, held by Scott’s wife. The trust has an address located in the same building as Richard L. Scott Investments, LLC, in Naples.
Yesterday, according to Central Florida Political Pulse, Scott’s wife just put in another $3 million: “According to the state-mandated Web site, the political committee got another $3 million from Scott’s wife on July 2, and has also pocketed close to $95,000 from several South Florida health care companies and investors.”
