The Miami Heraldโ€˜s Naked Politics blog reported that

[Joe] Garcia gave a concession speech in West Kendall about an hour ago, shortly after Rivera, celebrating at the Biltmore, spoke about his decisive victory to replace Republicanย  Mario Diaz-Balart.

Florida Election Watch shows Rivera with 52 percent of the vote, while Joe Garcia has 42 percent; over 95 percent of Miami-Dade precincts have reported.
