Proctor & Gamble has a settlement for New York customers purchasing Charmin Freshmates Flushable Wipes between May 23, 2011 to March 6, 2020. The claim deadline is Saturday, August 22, 2020.

Electrolux has a settlement for dryers manufactured between January 1, 2002 and December 31, 2011 with a defect causing them to catch fire. Consumers may receive reimbursement for future dryer fires. The claim deadline is December 31, 2022.

Closed Lawsuits

There are numerous lawsuits that have closed but are still available for eligible persons to receive payouts. ClassAction.org is an excellent resource to check for possible lawsuits you can file a claim with.

McDonald’s has a settlement for non-managerial employees of their California corporate restaurant who were working between January 24, 2009 and March 4, 2020. The claim deadline is July 31, 2020.

Infinity Indemnity Insurance has a settlement for Florida clients filing a minimum of one claim for services or treatment after November 15, 2020. The claim deadline is August 31, 2020.

General Electric has a settlement for shattering microwave doors available to customers purchasing microwaves with model numbers beginning with ZMC1095, ZMC1090, JEB1095, or JEB1090 between the dates of January 1, 1995 to January 15, 2020. The claim deadline is October 14, 2020.

Obtaining Advance Payout
