It doesn’t matter whether you work at a multinational corporation, hypo locker non-profit, or hardcore power plant your workplace has a culture. Culture is what says, “this is how we do things around here.” Culture in facts how we collaborate, how we communicate, and how and what we celebrate. Culture in fact how we take risks, how often take risks, what kind of risk we take, and how big those risks are? And culture says weather-safe an investor sales full in work or whether we go back. As a worker organization of the year, I almost see an infinite number of creative ways that an organization can be dysfunctional. Functional cultures though are like the same if I say the families. All happy families alike, each unhappy family is unhappy in its own way. So let’s talk about unhappy workplaces, 2014 about 80% of Americans are engaged above their work, engaged employees as those who are involved in, enthusiastic about, and committed to their work and workplace. But 51% of all workers are not engaged in their work and it’s bad in that sounds those numbers don’t include the 17.5 % who are actively disengaged that ⅔ of the American workforce.
