Insurance is an idea and the base of this idea is to protect you from financial loss. The term is used for uncertain risk management. They are very close, like the number of days to be hospitalized, the list of illnesses covered, etc which need to be kept in mind before you purchase the health insurance. Travel insurance is made to cover medical expenses and other losses that occur while traveling.
