Fitness can be defined as the ability to carry out everyday activities without becoming excessively fatigued and to still have enough energy left to deal with emergencies or the condition of being physically fit & wellness. You can represent fitness in different ways, depending on your individual interests, sporting or family backgrounds, gender, or other factors. Physical activity is so important. Regular physical activity produces long-term health benefits. Exercise is good for bodies and mind and thatโ€™s definitely true. Exercising when you are young helps with all sources of health benefits like storing our bones, lowering cholesterol, and decreasing the risk of stroke, high blood pressure, and diabetes. Our brain also releases a number of chemicals when we work out including endorphins. Increased endorphins and consistent physical activity, in general, conserve your focus and improve your mood and memory. Aerobic capacity, body composition, muscular endurance, muscular strength, and flexibility are the components of health-related fitness. Body competitions describe what part of total body weight is fat and what part is fat-free. Muscular strength is the maximum force your muscles can exert in a single effort. Muscular endurance is the ability to sustain or repeat muscular activity over time. Aerobic capacity is the body’s ability to take transport and convert oxygen to energy during exercise. Flexibility describes the range of motion of muscles at the joint.
