Food with good nutrients helps your body stay strong and fight disease. Usually, fresh foods have the most nutrients. Choose fresh foods like fruits and vegetables, whole grains, low-fat dairy, lean meat, and fish. These foods can help you feel good, maintain a healthy weight, and increase your energy. You should also choose foods that are low in fat, salt, and sugar. Poor food choices can lead to poor health. The fact is what you eat is important to your health. Keep a healthy weight.
