Physical fitness is our ability to perform the task presented to us at any time without experiencing too much exostosis. That includes work, pleasure, and even emergencies. These tasks will of course depend more on what we do. There are two different types of fitness: health-related fitness and performance-related fitness. Health-related fitness includes heart/ lung fitness, flexibility, muscular strength, muscular endurance, and appropriate body fat composition. Performance fitness, on the other hand, is the people who are seriously involved in competitive sport. For them, fitness means being able to perform at the right label in their particular event. Performance fitness has a number of school-related components: speed, power, coordination, balance, agility, and reaction time. Muscular strength is the ability of our muscles to generate force against resistance. In everyday life, strength and endurance allow us to navigate busy streets without losing our breath. Flexibility means the range of movement of a joint or group of joins and there are two types of flexibility: static flexibility and dynamic flexibility. Flexibility is specific to every joint so there is no one overall test.
