Despite past statements to the contrary, some “fetal personhood” supporters are now admitting that, if enacted, their legislation would likely not only outlaw abortion, but some forms of birth control, as well.

Radiance unveils new billboard: ‘Fatherhood begins in the womb’

The Radiance Foundation, the anti-abortion group responsible for a string of controversial billboards across the country, has unveiled its latest campaign: “Fatherhood begins in the womb.” The campaign is less inflammatory than the group’s previous work, which included billboards with such slogans as “Black & Unwanted” and “The 13th Amendment Freed Us. Abortion Enslaves Us.”

‘Personhood’ movement gains steam, comes out in support of Radiance billboards

Though it was initially critiqued for being too radical, the “fetal personhood” movement has been making waves across the country — and seems to be gaining steam. In a new post on the Personhood USA website, the group says its movement’s influence is being seen across the cross: in legislation, billboard campaigns and presidential debates.
