Since the July 18 airing of the interview on Tell Me More, Bomberger has maintained that NPR heavily edited his portion of the interview, while preserving the words of pro-choice Rev. Carlton Veazey, who also made an appearance.

Bomberger also continues to allege that Margaret Sanger, the founder of Planned Parenthood, was on a “eugenics-based” crusade against the black community, a campaign that continues to this day.
The head of the Radiance Foundation, a controversial anti-abortion group, made an appearance on NPR’s Tell Me More yesterday. After defending his group’s efforts to equate abortion rates in the African-American community with racism, Ryan Bomberger took to his blog and Twitter account to decry the interview for being biased and heavily edited.
