Florida Watch episode No. 4: Rick Scott, high-speed rail and pill mills

The Bradenton Times and Manatee Education Television last week put together another episode of Florida Watch, and invited me to participate. The topic? Gov. Rick Scott’s decision to turn down billions of dollars from the federal government earmarked for high-speed rail, of course. Check it out after the jump.
