In response to “Former Florida Secretary of State Browning leads Republican-bankrolled anti-Fair Districts group”:
My exact reason for voting against 5 & 6. Rove said to. —John
In response to “Gianoulis concedes; Thrasher says GOP and tea party will ‘work together’”
“work together” = “you will do as instructed” —jacknfla
In response to “After months of negotiations, Sarasota votes to accept 30-year contract with Florida Power & Light”:
I’m very disappointed with this decision. —Ginich
In response to “What next for Charlie Crist?”:
na na na nanna na na nanhey hey heynGood-bye…. —Patrick
What went wrong?? Charlie Crist went wrong!!! After promising to endorse any republican should he not win the nomination, he goes back on his word and runs as an independent. All he needed to do was stay loyal to the party, endorse Rubio and run in 2012. But he chose to show the world he is a man who has no convictions and his word is worthless!!!! —Esmerelda
In response to “Hillsborough voters reject rail tax”:
shortsighted —Joan McKniff
In response to “Millions of ‘Super PAC’ dollars flow through Tampa and into races nationwide”:
What on earth happened to the “will of the people”? Shoving any candidate in the face of the voters by spending millions of dollars by unknown political groups to make sure their particular candidates are elected, instead of by winning through their own merits is insulting personally to me. Why vote.? My vote won’t count against all that money influence. I find this is about as undemocratic as I can imagine. The “will of the people” be damned. —Tweeton204
In response to “Property tax cuts could be ‘devastating’ for schools”:
And that’s the RPOF’s intent. Easier to privatize —electionsmith
